Imagine Cell just standing there, chewing on a dismembered leg, going, "Om nom nom nom nom nom"
Now everything is wonderful.
Also, yes, I noticed that Cell is already in his perfect form, and so it makes no sense that
he would be chasing the Androids if he already absorbed them to achieve perfect form.
