BUT! Its sung by Christopher Sabat
AKA The voice of Vegeta, Piccolo, Shenron, and several other DBZ characters.
Of course, he's done plenty of work on stuff other than DBZ, but...
Well, this isnt stuff-other-than-dragonball-lol-z, is it? lol
So yeah, the song is from School Rumble, but that is CLEARLY the voice of Vegeta.
