Tail envy

Yeah, for those who dont know, that is Vegeta's brother; Tarble. (Yes. Vegeta and Tarble. Vege-tarble. Vegetable. Haha.)
The reason we never see/hear about him in the series is that Tarble was, well... How to put this...
He was a total bitch. He wouldnt fight, and was weak and cowardly, so Vegeta
(King Vegeta that is. This Vegeta's father) banished Tarble from their planet.
Also, that white thing in the corner is apparently Tarble's wife. 0_0
