Piccolo is Namekian, all the guys they fought on planet Namek were aliens. The androids were
ORIGINALLY human but then got... android-ified by Dr. Gero, Cell was a biological android, and Buu was
a magically created monster. Krillin is stronger than Tien, Chiaotzu, Yamcha, or Master Roshi.
